At YOURPRACTICE.ie, we provide an array of services to our patients including;
- Travel Advice and Vaccinations – providing the following vaccinations and advice for patients planning to travel abroad.
- Hepatitis A and Hepatitis B
- Typhoid
- Diphteria/Tetanus/Polio
- Rabies
- Yellow fever
- Malaria prevention
- Flu and Pneumonia Vaccine – this is one of the most important health interventions people with pre-existing health complaints and over 65’s can avail of and are free to Medical Card and Doctor Only Visit Card holders.
- Home Visits– are provided for immobile and elderly patients.
- Childhood Immunisations – providing all the standard childhood vaccinations such as Varicella (Chicken Pox), Meningitis B and MMR and most of these immunisations are free of charge (click here).
- Chronic Disease Care – management of chronic medical conditions including asthma & diabetes services.
- Cardiology Services – including the provision of an ambulatory blood pressure monitor (24hr blood pressure monitor).
- DNA testing – this is available using a cheek swab to confirm paternal or maternal links.
- Cholesterol Management
- Repeat Prescriptions are provided for regular medication as arranged by your doctor. Your prescription will be regularly reviewed to ensure that there are no adverse side effects and it is continuing to work effectively. Note that this review may require blood tests and a physical examination.
